1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WealthForge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is published by Rapid Sync IT ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

WealthForge is a personal and business finance tracking application that allows you to manage budgets, track income and expenses, monitor net worth, set financial goals, and calculate debt payoff strategies. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Purchase & Payment

WealthForge is available as a one-time purchase for $12.99, granting lifetime access to all features:

• One-Time Purchase: $12.99 — lifetime access, all features included
• No subscriptions, no recurring fees
• Family sharing supported

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play depending on your platform. By purchasing, you agree to the billing terms of the respective platform:

• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

4. Unlock Codes

We may distribute promotional unlock codes that grant access to the App without a purchase. Unlock codes:

• Are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• May have expiration dates (1-year, 2-year, or lifetime)
• May be revoked if obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms
• Are validated entirely on-device and do not require an internet connection

5. Your Data & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all data you enter into WealthForge. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• We cannot recover your data if your device is lost, damaged, stolen, or reset
• We strongly recommend using the built-in export/backup features regularly
• You are responsible for keeping your device and any exported files secure
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any financial data you enter

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App
• Circumvent the subscription or unlock code system
• Share or publicly distribute unlock codes without authorization
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

WealthForge, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and branding, is the property of Rapid Sync IT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business finance tracking purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WealthForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

• We are not financial advisors. The App is a tracking tool, not financial advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations (including debt payoff estimates, spending insights, or trend analysis)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• You should consult a qualified financial professional for financial advice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rapid Sync IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device — we have no ability to delete it remotely.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update or notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
